The Western Stark County Safety Council is now accepting registrations for the 2012-2013 Year (July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012). Being a member of the Western Stark County Safety Council has many benefits. Not only will you have an opportunity to save on your Workers’ Compensation premiums, but you also will develop an expansive network of safety related contacts. BWC is offering the same premium discount that was given in 2009. To qualify for the discount you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Elegibility Requirements:
- Join the Safety Council by July 31, 2012
- Attend 10 safety council meetings or BWC sponsored events. At least 8 of the 10 meetings have to be with the local safety council.
- Send a qualified senior-level manager to a safety council sponsored meeting.
- Submit semiannual workplace accident reports for the 2012 calendar year.
- Must not be group rating
The Western Stark County meets the first Wednesday of every month at the Jackson Township Hall and runs from 11:30 – 1:00. The cost for this meeting is $10 and includes lunch.
